EXTERIOR
Enclosed rear and front gardens mostly to lawn. Lock up garage
for one vehicle plus ample parking for two cars off road at
rear. Patio with barbecue, table and chairs. Rotary washing
line.
LLANGENNITH
Llangennith is a village at the North West tip of Gower close
to Broughton Beach and Rhossili Beach. It is ideal for seaside
surfing and fishing holidays and many coastal walks. There is
an 11th century Norman Church, village pub and surf hire shop.
Free parking is available at Broughton Farm Caravan Park (next
to Broughton Beach) where there is also a children's playground
and grocery shop open from Easter to September.
GENERAL
The property is fully furnished, double glazed and has central
heating throughout. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
There are no separate gas or electricity charges.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
To allow sufficient time to clean the property between each
booking, we ask that you leave not later than 11.00am on the
day of departure. The property will normally be available from
4.00pm on the day of arrival.

The Cross is situated in the middle of Llangennith
opposite the mini-roundabout.
Maps of the area show that there has been a dwelling at the
cross for at least 200 years and prior to the refurbishment
the old building consisted of two cottages that had been converted
into one.
The property was rebuilt in the late 1990’s retaining
the original front wall and the floor plan of the original
rooms but has added a large kitchen at the rear and upstairs
a second bathroom. The original charm of beamed ceilings and
fire places has been retained, whilst maximising the use of
the internal space to create spacious bedrooms and living
areas.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen/Diner. This is a large open plan kitchen
and dining area. Electrical appliances include oven &
hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.
Utility. Fitted with a washing machine & tumble
dryer, ironing board and iron.
Lounge. Beamed ceilings with ample seating. Colour
television and video, DVD player and Digital free view channels
plus solid fuel stove.
Lobby. Reading room with 2 arm chairs. Grundig CD/FM
radio/Cassette tape player. Selection of games, video and
CD library, Bose Ipod Sounddock.
Bedroom 4. Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower room. Shower, sink, toilet and heated floor.
Fully refurbished for 2010.
KEY COLLECTION
The keys can be collected from the office at Broughton Farm
Caravan Park which is 1 mile away. (See how to find us page
for location.) If you expect to arrive after 5.00pm (particularly
between October and March) please ring in advance to make
arrangements for collecting the keys.

We do not accept pets other than disability assistance dogs.
