Kitchen, utility and front entrance lobby all at one level. All doorways 770mm wide.
Utility room has a below worktop washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Combi boiler for hot water and central heating is wall mounted above the worktop
Kitchen is very spacious with below worktop electric oven/grill and dishwasher. Free standing 1.3m high fridge freezer with microwave on work top. Kitchen sink has lever action taps.
Single 200mm step down from front entrance lobby to lounge. TV, DVD and Free View provided all with remote controls.
