The Cross
The Cross was originally two small cottages (parts of it may have been here for at least 200 years). Now a Gower holiday home it has been rebuilt and refurbished to a high standard, but the original charm of beamed ceilings and fireplaces.

The Gower Peninsula
Situated in the heart of the Gower peninsula, South Wales the village of Llangennith huddles round a central green and the church of St Cenydd, founded in the 6th century.

Things To Do
There is a village pub and other fine places to eat just a short distance away. There is a village playground and nearby Broughton Farm also has a playground and the beautiful Broughton Bay beach.

Stunning Beaches
A short journey takes you to several lovely beaches located at the North-Western end of Gower, Rhossili Bay and Broughton Bay leading to Whiteford Sands. Both are three-mile long stretches of golden sand that are havens for water enthusiasts and walkers alike.

Beautiful Coastal Walks
There are many beautiful coastal walks in the area to keep you busy including approximately 30 miles of Wales’ National Coastal Path.
Surfing
Surfing on Gower
Llangennith is a very popular surfing destination because of the consistent swells that come in from the Atlantic Ocean.
If you have never tried surfing, this is the place to give it a go, as there are several surfing schools providing lessons during the summer.
